I truly could not have imagined a better wedding celebration to wrap up my 2021 wedding season with! Shannon & Thomas got married in an intimate wedding ceremony with family and close friends in their hotel room at Hotel 50 Bowery on an unexpectedly rainy Friday morning. They followed this up the following day with a celebration at the beautiful Italian restaurant Gelso & Grand that was truly FUN. Their impeccable style, incredible taste when it came to selecting a badass vendor team, the decision to serve family style pizzas and pastas for dinner, opting for espresso martinis as the signature cocktail, ending the night with Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You”, and their obvious love and respect for one another all made this day an absolute dream to be a part of.

I appreciated and respected all of the decisions that Shannon & Thomas made along the way. They wanted this day to feel special and intimate for them and their families while exuding their fun personalities. They pulled on family connections and traditions for their Little Italy-centric day. From collecting tomato cans to use for the floral centerpieces (arranged by family friend Flowers by Frankie), to providing chocolate covered espresso beans as the party favor, they carried the theme throughout.
